UPDATE – RE Canada Post Strike – We are no longer shipping with Canada Post until further notice.  

Transit times vary at the moment and we cannot guarantee shipping times as all carriers are overwhelmed with shipments.  

If you would like to pay for Express shipping please let us know and we can provide a quote.

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours ( some exceptions apply ) , Monday to Friday. 

During our peak seasons, such as Christmas, it may take 3-4 days to ship. (Back orders may delay shipping.)

Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive (Canada) and up 12 business days (United States). Times may vary these are estimates.

All orders subject to review for pricing and accuracy (verification).

Free Shipping Offers:

Exceptions apply for free shipping (ie. NW Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and parts of Quebec). Please contact us for a spot quote.

How much will it cost to ship my package?

Shipping is FREE on any order over $99.99. (Some exceptions apply.)

Orders under $99.99 are subject to $12.99 flat rate shipping.

Over-sized and Overweight Items

The fees listed above are based on smaller packages or parcels. When an item is deemed either overweight or oversized for Canada Post, alternate shipping methods are required and may result in additional costs.

We will contact you with shipping costs prior to processing your order. (Examples: Sewing machine cabinets or quilting frames)

Shipping to the United States

FLAT RATE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY

USA FLAT RATE SHIPPING for machines is $69.99 CAD.

SMALL PARCEL USA SHIPPING – We will email you with the rates. Postage is based on origin, destination, weight and dimensions of the item. Packages will be sent UPS GROUND and the customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and broker fees.

We do not ship internationally.
